【摘要】:ThispartofISO15011defineslaboratorymethodsformeasuringtheemissionratesofcarbonmonoxide(CO),carbondioxide(CO2),nitrogenmonoxide(NO)andnitrogendioxide(NO2)generatedduringarcwelding,cuttingandgouging,usingahoodtechnique.Themethodologyissuitableforusewithallopenarcweldingprocesses,cuttingandgougingbutdifferentdesignsofhoodareuseddependingontheprocessandwhetherornotitcanbeconductedautomatically.Themethodcanbeusedtoevaluatetheeffectsofweldingwires,weldingparameters,processes,shieldinggases,testpiececompositionandtestpiecesurfaceconditiononemissionrate.
