【摘要】:1ThispartofISO179specifiesamethodfordeterminingCharpyimpactpropertiesofplasticsfromforce-deflectiondiagrams.Differenttypesofrod-shapedtestspecimenandtestconfiguration,aswellastestparametersdependingonthetypeofmaterial,thetypeoftestspecimenandthetypeofnotcharedefinedinpart1ofISO179.Dynamiceffectssuchasload-cell/strikerresonance,testspecimenresonanceandinitial-contact/inertiapeaksaredescribed(seefigure1,curveb,andannexA).2ForthecomparisonbetweenCharpyandIzodtestmethods,seeISO179-1,clause1.ISO179-1issuitableforcharacterizingtheimpactbehaviourbytheimpactstrengthonlyandforusingapparatuswhosepotentialenergyismatchedapproximatelytotheparticularenergytobreaktobemeasured(seeISO13802,annexC).ThispartofISO179isusedifaforce-deflectionorforce-timediagramisnecessaryfordetailedcharacterizationoftheimpactbehaviour,andfordevelopingautomaticapparatus,i.e.avoidingtheneed,mentionedabove,tomatchenergy.3Fortherangeofmaterialswhichmaybetestedbythismethod,seeISO179-1,clause1.4Forthegeneralcomparabilityoftestresults,seeISO179-1,clause1.5Themethodmaynotbeusedasasourceofdatafordesigncalculationsoncomponents.However,thepossibleuseofdataisnotthesubjectofthispartofISO179.AnyapplicationofdataobtainedusingthispartofISO179shouldbespecifiedbyareferringstandardoragreeduponbytheinterestedparties.Informationonthetypicalbehaviourofmaterialscanbeobtainedbytestingatdifferenttemperatures,byvaryingthenotchradiusand/orspecimenthicknessandbytestingspecimenspreparedunderdifferentconditions.ItisnotthepurposeofthispartofISO179togiveaninterpretationofthemechanismoccurringateverypointontheforce-deflectiondiagram.Theseinterpretationsareataskforon-goingscientificresearch.6Thetestresultsarecomparableonlyiftheconditionsoftestspecimenpreparation,aswellasthetestconditions,arethesame.Comprehensiveevaluationofthereactiontoimpactstressrequiresthatdeterminationsbemadeasafunctionofdeformationrateandtemperaturefordifferentmaterialvariablessuchascrystallinityandmoisturecontent.Theimpactbehaviouroffinishedproductscannot,therefore,bepredicteddirectlyfromthistest,buttestspecimensmaybetakenfromfinishedproductsfortestingbythismethod.7ImpactstrengthsdeterminedbythismethodmayreplacethosedeterminedusingISO179-1ifcomparabilityhasbeenestablishedbyprevioustests.
