【摘要】:ThispartofISO23611specifiesamethodforsampling,extractingandpreservingcollembolansandmitesfromfieldsoilsasaprerequisiteforusingtheseanimalsasbio-indicators(e.g.toassessthequalityofasoilasahabitatfororganisms).Basicinformationontheecologyofmicro-arthropodsandtheirusecanbefoundinthereferenceslistedintheBibliography.ThesamplingandextractionmethodsofthispartofISO23611areapplicabletoalmostalltypesofsoils.Exceptionsmaybesoilsfromextremeclimaticconditions(hard,frozenorfloodedsoils)andothermatricesthansoil,e.g.treetrunks,plantsorlichens.Forthesamplingdesignoffieldstudiesingeneral,seeISO10381-1.Methodsforsomeothersoilorganismgroupssuchas.earthwormsarecoveredinotherpartsofISO23611.ThispartofISO23611doesnotcoverthepedologicalcharacterizationofthesitewhichishighlyrecommendablewhensamplingsoilinvertebrates.ISO10390,ISO10694,ISO11272,ISO11274,ISO11277,ISO11461andISO11465aremoresuitableformeasuringpH,particlesizedistribution,C/Nratio,organiccarboncontentandwater-holdingcapacity.

【摘要】:Design8212;Thedesignproceduresdefinedinthispracticeareintendedtoprovideacceptableguidanceintheoriginaldesignofelectricalsystems.Alteration8212;Thealterationproceduresdefinedinthispracticeareintendedtoprovideacceptableguidanceformodificationofgeneralaviationaircraft.Designofanymodificationshallfollowthepracticesandprocessesdefinedinthedesignsectionsofthispractice.Certification8212;Certificationguidanceprovidedinthispracticeisintendedtoprovidegenerallyacceptedproceduresandprocessesforcertificationoforiginalandmodifiedelectricalsystemsandequipment.RequirementsforcertificationshallbecoordinatedwiththeapplicableNationalAeronauticsAssociation/CivilAeronauticsAdministration(NAA/CAA)regulatoryagency.1.1Definition-Thispracticedefinesacceptablepracticesandprocessesforthedesign,alteration,andcertificationofelectricsystemsandinstallationsingeneralaviationaircraft.Thispracticedoesnotchangeorcreateanyadditionalregulatoryrequirementsnordoesitauthorizechangesinorpermitdeviationsfromexistingregulatoryrequirements.1.2Applicability-Theguidanceprovidedinthispracticeisdirectedtoaircarriers,airoperators,designapprovalholders,SupplementalTypeCertificate(STC)holders,maintenanceproviders,repairstations,andanyoneperformingfieldapprovalmodificationsorrepairs.1.3ProtectionsandCautionsThispracticeprovidesguidancefordevelopingactionsandcautionarystatementstobeaddedtomaintenanceinstructionsfortheprotectionofwireandwireconfigurations.Maintenancepersonnelwillusetheseenhancedprocedurestominimizecontaminationandaccidentaldamagetoelectricalwiringinterconnectionsystem(EWIS)whileworkingonaircraft.1.4"ProtectandCleanAsYouGo"Philosophy-Thisphilosophyisappliedtoaircraftwiringthroughinclusioninoperatorsmaintenanceandtrainingprograms.Thisphilosophystressestheimportanceofprotectivemeasureswhenworkingonoraroundwirebundlesandconnectors.ItstresseshowimportantitistoprotectEWISduringstructuralrepairs,STCinstallations,orotheralterationsbymakingsurethatmetalshavings,debris,andcontaminationresultingfromsuchworkareremoved.1.5Values-Thevaluesgivenininch-poundunitsaretoberegardedasthestandard.Thevaluesinparenthesesareforinformationonly.SeeAppendixX2forSI-basedprefixesandpowersof10.Note1WhereSIunitsarerequired,refertoAnnex5ofICAO.Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.
